Attached is the Letter of Understanding between the Historic Hudson-Hoosic Rivers Partnership, the Village of Schuylerville, and the Hudson River Valley Greenway – administrators of the Empire State Trail – for the construction of a trail head on Partnership owned lands in Fort Hardy Park.
